Man Utd star Rashford ready to take huge pay cut to make Barcelona move possible

Rashford can be signed permanently by Barcelona for an agreed €30m fee (£26m) and after bagging his 13th goal of the campaign in the 2-0 win over Getafe at the weekend, the Spanish side will be keen to snap him up.
Now, as per the Daily Mail, Spanish media are reporting that the 28-year-old forward is willing to take a pay cut to force through a permanent move which may not be possible given his current wage.
The England international is set to leave Old Trafford this summer as the Red Devils are keen to see him off their books ahead of the new campaign where his costs would be reinvested.
Rashford, who reportedly earns £300,000-a-week, could earn far less if he agrees to a cut in pay which would open the door for him to stay with the Spanish giants for the foreseeable future.
The forward has 13 goals and 13 assists in 45 appearances for Barcelona this season and for now his future remains up in the air as both clubs negotiate his release clause and high wages.
The door at Old Trafford has not been officially closed, but it is clear Rashford wants to leave even after a change in management and the side slowly working their way back into the Champions League.
Tottenham have also been linked with the United star, but it is unlikely that he will be tempted with a move to North London, even if his Barcelona move falls through.
