Mainoo "has agreed all terms of new contract" at Man Utd as he commits to Carrick's plan

As per reports, the England international’s weekly wage will reportedly jump from around £25,000 to a base figure of £150,000 in a figure that much better represents his role in the side.
As per Fabrizio Romano, the Red Devils academy graduate has reportedly extended his deal until June 2031 in what is a long term deal for the 21 year old.
“BREAKING: Kobbie Mainoo has agreed all terms of new contract at Man United, all set to sign!
“The agreement will be valid until June 2031 with increased salary, as always reported.
“Understand it will be official before end of the season, Kobbie could sign this week.”
Since the departure of Ruben Amorim, interim head coach Michael Carrick has helped Mainoo push back into the side since the start of the season which has shutdown any rumours that he could depart this summer as he earns more game time.
The midfielder had been on the verge of departing United to join Napoli on a six-month loan until the end of this season but now it looks like he is content with sticking with the Premier League giants.
A 2-1 win against Brentford on Monday has put the Red Devils 11 points above sixth-place Brighton in the race for next season's Champions League which will have helped discussions with Mainoo even more over the past few weeks.
